Award winning project for Cheshire West and Chester Council, the restoration and extension of the Grade-II listed Art Deco cinema building ensured the long-term health of the building and acted as the generator for the upcoming Northgate development.

The 1930s Odeon Cinema was refurbished and extended to provide an outstanding world-class centre for theatre, film, library and the arts.

Tweed Nuttall Warburton and Peter de Figueiredo acted as Heritage Consultant for the project working alonside Bennetts Associates and Kier Construction.
