Work is organised so that projects can be delivered on time and within budgets developed and agreed with the client and the building team.
There are various ways in which an architectural practice can assist in the building procurement process, from strategic planning and feasibility studies through scheme design to working drawings and on to full responsibility for seeking tenders for construction work and managing building contracts. The practice is currently engaged in full design, production information and contract administration on building projects ranging in value from £50,000 to £25,000,000.
Our starting point on any commission is careful appraisal of a client’s needs, aspirations, budget and programme and all projects are monitored against targets agreed with the client. Teamwork, both within the office and with other professionals as required, ensures that projects are exposed to a broad spectrum of experience and expertise. There is a positive commitment to Continuing Professional Development and the refinement of working practices.
